Riders Game Day: 11/19/21 @ Chicago

The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders face-off with the Chicago Steel at Fox Valley Ice Arena in Geneva, IL at 7:05 pm CST on Friday, November 19th, 2021. 

The game will be live-streamed on HockeyTV. In-Game updates will be provided on the RoughRiders Twitter Account, @RidertownUSA, as well as the USHL's website and mobile app. 

The RoughRiders are coming off a 4-point weekend with a pair of wins at home over the Green Bay Gamblers. Goaltender Connor Hasley picked up both wins and recorded his first career shutout on Friday night. Forwards Andy Moore, Zacch Wisdom, Cole Burtch, and Adam Flammang, and Defensemen Travis Shoudy, Brendan Fitzgerald, Dominic Elliott, all recorded multiple points this weekend. 

The Steel split their two games over the weekend, with a win over the Fighting Saints in Dubuque on Friday and falling at home to Muskegon on Saturday. The Steel's leading scorer is Jackson Blake and Adam Fantilli leads in goals. 

The Riders and Steel last played on January, 26th, 2020 at Fox Valley Ice Arena. The RoughRiders won 7-3 and forward Nate Hanley scored a goal in that game. 

Following Friday's matchup in Chicago, the Riders will hit the ice next on Thanksgiving when they head to Waterloo to battle with the Black Hawks. 

The RoughRiders will return to the Stable at ImOn Ice Arena on Saturday, November 27th to host the Black Hawks next weekend. This game will be the Teddy Bear Toss game! Tickets are available at Save Time, Save Money, Buy Online.
