The RoughRiders have acquired forward Zach Faremouth from the Fargo Force in exchange for a 2020 draft selection.

“We are very excited to add Zach to our forward group. He is a well-rounded, experienced, hard-working forward who has the ability to produce offensively. Zach will also add some size, grit and toughness to our team,” said RoughRiders head coach Mark Carlson.

Faremouth, from Jackson Mich., stands six-foot-two inches tall and is committed to Western Michigan University. He played 60 games for the Fargo Force last season and tallied seven goals and three assists. He has played in 23 games for Fargo so far this season, with four goals and eight assists.

The RoughRiders return to the Stable this Saturday to face the Des Moines Buccaneers for Teddy Bear Toss night. Bring a stuffed animal to toss on the ice at the first RoughRider goal! All stuffed animals will be donated to local children courtesy of area charities. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 319-247-0340 or visiting the RoughRiders website at www.roughridershockey.com.
