<p>Dan Tormey made 29 saves to earn the shutout and Matt Vokes had a hat trick as the host RoughRiders clinched the i wireless Corridor Cup with a 6-0 rout of the Waterloo Black Hawks Saturday night.</p> <p>The i wireless Corridor Cup is awarded to the winner of the Cedar Rapids-Waterloo season series. Saturday&#8217;s victory was the Riders&#8217; fifth in as many meetings with the Black Hawks this season.</p> <p>Vokes scored three of the Riders&#8217; final four goals. His first extended the Rider lead to 3-0 at 18:36 of the second period. With the Riders on the power play, Vokes drove a Ted Purcell feed home under the cross bar from the side of the net.</p> <p>Vokes put the Riders up 4-0 with his second 2:17 into the third period. He finished off a give-and-go with Phil Axtell by skating down the slot and sweeping the puck under Waterloo goaltender Drew O&#8217;Connell.</p> <p>Vokes scored his third goal with just 1:02 left in the game. A mere 27 seconds after Billy Loupee had walked in front alone to stretch the lead to 5-0, Vokes buried a rebound from the doorstep give the Riders&#8217; their sixth goal of the night.</p> <p>The Riders had first jumped in front at the 3:27 mark of the first period when Rob Ricci pounced on a rebound in the goalmouth. </p> <p>30 seconds into the second period, Zach Miskovic doubled the Rider lead with a drive from the top of the right wing circle.</p> <p>Tormey was at his busiest in the second period, stopping 11 Black Hawk shots.
