Nickelodeon’s Jimmy Neutron will appear Saturday night at the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders’ home game against the Green Bay Gamblers. The game begins at 7:05PM.

Jimmy Neutron, star of his own animated Nickelodeon series and of the Academy Award-nominated film The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, will no doubt be a big hit with young fans. Jimmy Neutron is a typical kid who just happens to be a genius. He creates gadgets to improve his everyday life, but his inventions go awry more often then not, and hilarious trouble usually ensues.

Jimmy Neutron’s appearance caps off what will be a weekend full of fun at the ice arena. The Riders begin the weekend with a game against the Tri-City Storm Friday evening at 7:05. During that game, fans will be able to take advantage of significant discounts on selected beverages at ice arena concession stands.

Tickets for all remaining RoughRider regular season home games- including this weekend’s- are now on sale. Tickets are available for purchase in person at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office, over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or on line at www.roughridershockey.com. The ticket office is open from noon to 5:00PM on weekdays and from noon through the end of the second period on game days. Ticket prices range from $7 to $17 in advance and from $8 to $18 on game days.
