The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders have unveiled newly redecorated luxury suites at the start of this, the team’s eighth season in Cedar Rapids.
This marks the first large scale redecoration of the suite level since the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena opened in January of 2000. The entire suite level, including each individual suite, has been recarpeted and repainted. New flat screen televisions have also been installed in selected suites.
“The luxury suites have always been an extremely popular venue for watching RoughRiders hockey action and we’re very happy to enhance the enjoyment of our fans with this renovation,” said RoughRiders Vice President Jim Calpin.
Along with a unique setting from which to watch the game, luxury suite rentals also include private wait staff service and VIP parking privileges.
The RoughRiders (2-1-0, 4 points) return to action with a pair of games this weekend. The Riders will visit the Sioux Falls Stampede Friday night before returning home to meet the Tri-City Storm Saturday evening at 7:05PM.
Tickets for all remaining RoughRider regular season home games- including Saturday night’s- are now on sale. Tickets are available for purchase in person at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office, over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or on line at www.roughridershockey.com.
