Game Summary: March 25, 2006- RoughRiders 2 Chicago 3
<P>March 25, 2006- Eric Lampe scored two third period goals to propel the host Chicago Steel to a regular season-ending 3-2 win over the RoughRiders Saturday evening.</P>
<P>Lampe crashed the Cedar Rapids net to tie the score at two at 4:29 of the third and then scored the game winner when his centering pass from below the goal line was deflected past Rider goaltender Pat McGann (32 saves) at the 11:45 mark.</P>
<P>The Riders entered the third period with the lead after scoring twice in the second. Ian Slater tied the score at one by burying a rebound 8:09 into the period. </P>
<P>At 16:39 of the second Jacob Cepis converted a Gary Steffes centering pass to put the Riders up 2-1.</P>
<P>Chicago’s Ben Beaudoin scored the only goal of the first period when he wristed the puck home from the slot at 17:36 of the opening frame.</P>
