<P>March 18, 2006- Mike Kramer scored with just 51.5 seconds left in regulation to give the Lincoln Stars a 4-3 win over the host RoughRiders Saturday night.</P>
<P>Kramer cut into the Rider goalmouth and swept the puck along the ice to snap a 3-3 tie.</P>
<P>The game had been deadlocked since the Riders’ Chad Costello scored his second goal of the night to erase a 3-2 Lincoln lead at 8:24 of the second period. By snapping a wrist shot just inside the goal post to the left of Lincoln netminder Bryan Hogan (26 saves), Costello became the first Rider in team history to score 30 goals in one season.</P>
<P>Carl Sneep’s one timer from the slot at 4:50 of the second period had given the Stars what would prove to be a short lived lead.</P>
<P>Each team scored twice in a wide open first period. Brett Dickinson gave the Riders a 1-0 lead just under three minutes into the game with a blast from the top of the right wing circle.</P>
<P>The Stars responded while on the power play. Josh Brodeen snapped a Mike Davies centering pass home from the doorstep to knot score at one apiece at the 11:41 mark.</P>
<P>Just over four minutes later Lincoln took the lead for the first time when Eli Vlaisavljevich’s centering pass caromed into the net off of a RoughRider.</P>
<P>The Riders bounced back to even the score at two while on the power play late in the period. Costello jammed the puck home from the doorstep with 1:59 left in the first.</P>
