RoughRiders to “Pack the House” Friday at Buffalo Wild Wings
<p>February 20, 2006- The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders will host a “Pack the House Night” at Buffalo Wild Wings on Edgewood Road in Cedar Rapids after the RoughRiders’ game against the Indiana Ice this Friday at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena.</p>
<p>After their clash with the Ice- a contest that starts at 7:00PM- the RoughRiders will head to Buffalo Wild Wings for a post-game meal with their fans. Fans are encouraged to join the team at Wild Wings and take advantage of the opportunity to meet and greet all of their favorite RoughRiders.</p>
<p>“We think this is a wonderful chance for our fans to come out to the game and then have the opportunity to get to know our players while enjoying a great meal at Buffalo Wild Wings,” said RoughRiders Vice President of Operations Jim Calpin.</p>
<p>The RoughRiders (25-16-5, 55 points) are tied for second place in the United States Hockey League’s East Division. The Riders will visit the division-leading Des Moines Buccaneers Wednesday evening before returning home to take on the Ice Friday night.</p>
<p>Tickets for all RoughRiders home games- including Friday’s- can be purchased in person at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office, over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or on line at www.roughridershockey.com. The ticket office is open from noon to 5:00PM on weekdays and from noon through the end of the second period on game days, including this Saturday. Ticket prices ranges from $7 to $17, including a 50-cent facility fee.</p> |
