RoughRiders, Encompass Team Up for Technology Day November 23
<p>November 18, 2005- The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders and EnCompass Iowa will team up to host Technology Day on Wednesday, November 23. The day will culminate in the RoughRiders' game against the Waterloo Black Hawks at 7:05PM.</p>
<p>Prior to what is sure to be a hard fought contest between the Riders and the arch rival Black Hawks, the Riders and EnCompass will team up to offer a day full of technology demonstrations, hands on time and Q & A sessions.</p>
<p>Among the highlights of Technology Day is the arrival of the Microsoft Across America technology R.V at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena. The Microsoft Across America R.V. will be open for demonstrations beginning at 10:00AM. In addition, HP ProCurve Networking on Demand demonstrations will also be available. </p>
<p>Drawings for great prizes- including a free Xbox game system and RoughRiders tickets- will be held between 4:00 and 6:00PM.</p>
<p>The RoughRiders (10-4-0, 20 points) are currently in second place in the United States Hockey League's East Division. </p>
<p>Tickets for the RoughRiders' November 23 game- and all remaining RoughRider home games- can be purchased in person at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office, over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or on line at www.roughridershockey.com. The ticket office is open from noon to 5:00PM on weekdays and from noon through the end of the second period on game days. Ticket prices range from $7 to $17 including a 50-cent facility fee.</p>
