Game Summary: October 9, 2005- RoughRiders 6 Sioux City 3

<BR> <P>October 9, 2005- The RoughRiders scored four power play goals and Pat McGann made 25 saves in his USHL debut as the Riders defeated the host Sioux City Musketeers 6-3 Sunday. </P> <P>The Riders were on the power play when Jacob Cepis scored what proved to be the game winning goal at 6:59 of the second period. Cepis tucked a rebound past Sioux City goaltender Billy Blase to snap a 3-3 tie.</P> <P>The Riders pulled away with third period power play goals from Nik Sellers and Andy Miele. </P> <P>The Riders put Sioux City away in the third after the Musketeers had twice rallied to the score earlier in the game.</P> <P>After the Riders jumped out to a 2-0 lead on first period goals from Kevin Wehrs and Phil Axtell, the Muskies bounced back as Anthony Maiani cut the margin to one at 12:13 and Ryan Hohl then evened the score at two apiece with just over a second left in the period.</P> <P>Aaron Bendickson pounced on a loose puck and fired it home from the left wing circle to put the Riders on top again at 1:24 of the second period.</P> <P>However, Hohl jammed a rebound home just over two minutes later to once more even the score.</P> <P><A href="http://www.pointstreak.com/prostats/boxscore.html?gameid=232430" target=_blank>Box Score</A></P>
