Game Summary: October 7, 2005- RoughRiders 4 Waterloo 2
<P>October 7, 2005- Ted Purcell had one goal and one assist as the RoughRiders defeated the host Waterloo Black Hawks 4-2 Friday night.</P>
<P>Purcell fired a Chad Costello feed home from the right wing circle to open the scoring at 15:12 of the first period.</P>
<P>At 6:13 of the second period, Matt Arhontas tied the score with a wrist shot from the high slot.</P>
<P>It took the Riders just one minute 17 seconds to regain the lead for good as Jacob Cepis lifted the puck under the cross bar from the doorstep.</P>
<P>Nick Sellers scored from close range to extend the lead to 3-1 at 4:10 of the third period. Just 56 seconds later, however, the Hawks clawed back within one on an Andy Bombach wraparound.</P>
<P>Dustin Cloutier jammed the puck home at 13:24 of the third to make it 4-2 and, as it proved, put the game out of reach.</P>
