“Eat with the RoughRiders” Saturday at North Country Steakhouse
<P>February 3, 2005- RoughRiders fans will have a chance to eat with the team this Saturday night at North Country Steakhouse on Blairs Ferry Road in Cedar Rapids. </P>
<P>The RoughRiders will dine at North Country Steakhouse following their 7:05PM game against the Waterloo Black Hawks at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena.</P>
<P>Fans are welcome to join the team at North Country and take advantage of the chance to get up close and personal with their favorite players. </P>
<P>Saturday’s game is the second of two this week for the league-leading RoughRiders (29-5-4, 62 points). The Riders will visit the Des Moines Buccaneers tonight before returning home Saturday night to face the arch rival Black Hawks. </P>
<P>The Riders, who lead the Omaha Lancers by three points in the race for first place overall in the United States Hockey League, have gone 13-2-1 in their last 16 games and 22-2-3 in their last 27 outings. </P>
<P>Tickets for Saturday’s game and all remaining RoughRiders home dates are now on sale at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office. Tickets can be purchased over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or in person at the ice arena. The ticket office is open from noon to 5:00PM on weekdays and from noon through the end of the second period on game days. Ticket prices range from $8.00 to $17.00 including a 50-cent facility fee. </P> |
